When ordering food delivery independently/ directly through the restaurant, there are two ways to go about it.
1- Just order through the restaurant by phone or through their own online ordering (if they have) and place your delivery order and that’s it. We call this a traditional delivery. Princess Delivery is in charge of some or all of the deliveries for these forty one restaurants (with checkmarks).
2- Place a takeout/ pick up order with the restaurant exactly how you would if you were going to pick it up yourself and then contact us to get it for you. Contact us by text or phone at 613-531-7777, Facebook message www.facebook.com/princessdelivery or email princessdelivery@gmail.com. This is a personal delivery.
For places with drive-through/ fast-food, you can just give us the order and the courier will place the order. The courier can order the food upon arriving at other restaurants in some cases but this will be an extra fee.
Did you know that a local restaurant earns significantly more per order when you order directly? Major food delivery apps take 20 to 30 percent of the food sale as a commission as well as charging the delivery fee. We only charge a delivery fee. Ordering directly is how you shop local when it comes to food delivery. Princess Delivery Service will make you happy you did!

-Some restaurants will pay some or all of our delivery fee for you eg. restaurant pays $4 towards the delivery fee if you spend a certain amount eg. $40 or more. ($4 is the entire delivery fee if you’re downtown or in the surrounding area)
-You still get Princess Delivery for many downtown-located restaurants you can order delivery from
*Note that for some of our restaurant clients, we are supplementary to their own delivery staff. It’s possible that their staff may not be able to offer you the same payment and other options
Info for a takeout-food personal delivery (#2)
-Can get delivery from any downtown restaurant and, at times, from any restaurant in Kingston. Our restaurant list includes both our delivery clients and popular personal delivery restaurants.
-Delivery fee is somewhat higher
-Can be sure that all payment options, including e-transfer with contactless exchange, are available to you.
-Can make use of our new service options. Restaurants are not yet up to date with with these options (they will be soon)
