Etransfer and Contactless Delivery

Instructions and policy for etransfer payment option:

By choosing etransfer, you are agreeing to send the transfer within an hour maximum after receiving your order.

Email address for etransfer: pdintrovertpay@gmail.com. (it’s auto-deposit and no security question needed)

As with any delivery, the courier will get the full tip for e-transfer payments, and with much appreciation!

When sending e-transfers, your online banking will give you the option to include a message. Include courier’s name (if you know it) and your address (for sure) in the message eg. “for Hannah for 1 Division st. order”. 

A message is needed so that we can get the tip to the right courier but, also, if we don’t see the address in the etransfer, it will not be clear that you have paid! 🙂

Contactless Delivery

Contactless means we leave the food by your door instead of giving it to you.

E-transfer does not necessarily mean it’s contactless. The driver will assume it is NOT contactless unless they have been told that it is contactless.

Note, you can also do contactless for cash orders if there’s a safe place to put the cash such as a mailbox.
