We take your satisfaction extremely seriously. Contact me (owner/ Byron) with any complaints, concerns or feedback.

I am interested in hearing all concerns, big or small, and no matter if you ordered just one curry or food for a party. Here’s my cell if you need me right away 613-561-6861 (text or call). However, please choose email if a 12-36 hour response time is sufficient pdsownerbyron@gmail.com 

Email will get as much attention to your concern as phone. Since we are open 11+ hour days, 7 days a week, I’m not always working so please contact our company number 613-531-7777 (text is preferred) if attention to your matter is needed right away and I don’t reply. 

Resolutions can include refunds or credit on the delivery fee or some or all of the food price.

Please familiarize yourself with our parameters of service for our various service options and with our standard service if a different service option isn’t chosen.

Note that if you ordered food directly through the restaurant and they, for example, missed an item or made the wrong thing, this should be taken up with the restaurant. However, feel free to let me know about it if you didn’t get a satisfactory response from them as maybe your message didn’t reach the owner and I can get it there.
