To get a sense of wait times, check on our fleet vs volume status (fvv) at the bottom of any page. This is a rating of 0-10 which the dispatcher adjusts throughout the day as conditions change. It indicates the strength of the fleet (number of carriers working) relative to the current delivery volume. Most of the time we are at FVV 8 or above.
The status also communicates our availability to our valued out-of-primary-range customers. Check our FAQ page for a guide to our delivery range and how it extends further when our FVV status is high. Table below is for food.
